PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:
Dantax gum paint is a topical solution which contains antiseptic agents combined with tanning agents. It is applied locally on gums in severe bacterial infections and inflammatory (swelling and redness) conditions of the mouth. Dantox gum paint contains Tannic acid Glycerin, Iodine, Potassium Iodide, Thymol, Menthol & Glycerin. Tannic acid glycerin acts by healing sores and treating bleeding gums; Iodine, Potassium iodide & Thymol acts as antibacterial; Iodine & Menthol together act as counterirritant to relieve irritation and offer a soothing effect. This product is prescribed for spongy gums, bleeding gums, sores on gums & pus coming out of gums.
CAUTION:
Do not rinse with water or eat/drink anything for 10 minutes afterwards.
STORAGE:
- Store in a dry and dark place.
- Temperatures not exeeding 30°.
- Not to be swallowed.
- For dental use only.
DOSAGE:
Clean your hands thoroughly and wipe it. Take a drop or two on your finger tips of Dantox gum paint and apply at the lesion or take a lager quantity and apply on the infected gums or as required. It can be applied two to three times a day depending upon severity of disease. You can use it for 3 to 5 days continuously or may be little longer.
SIDE EFFECT'S:
Very well tolerated, no side effects observed.
COMPOSITION
Each ml contains
Tannic acid Glycerin 66 30% w/v, Iodine 0.3% w/v, Potassium Iodide 0.5% w/v, Thymol 0.05% w/v, Menthol 0.08% w/v & Glycerin 100% QS v/v.
